FYM grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access our website, templates, and resources for your internal business use. You may not modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit our intellectual property without written permission. FYM retains all ownership rights in the platform, brand assets, training materials, and related documentation.
Our platform may reference third-party tools, government portals, or service providers. FYM does not control these services and is not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own agreements.
FYM does not guarantee funding outcomes, regulatory approvals, valuations, or any particular business result. All recommendations and models are informational and depend on your own execution and regulatory obligations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FYM PROVIDES THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FYM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to FYM in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FYM, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services, violations of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
FYM is not a bank, broker, financial adviser, or Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) licensed provider. All materials are for general information and enable you to coordinate your own compliance with relevant laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, and disputes will be heard in courts located in Ohio. Mandatory consumer protection laws of South Africa and other jurisdictions where you reside may also apply and prevail when required.
FYM may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
