FYM Partners LLC ("FYM") delivers consulting, advisory, and digital enablement services. Because most deliverables consist of expertise, strategy sessions, and knowledge-based work product, fees become non-refundable once an engagement has started or materials have been delivered, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
Clients who purchased an upfront package and cancel before any work begins may request a refund within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, or once FYM has commenced research, onboarding calls, filings, or other scoped tasks, fees are considered earned and are not refundable.
Email billing@fymafrica.com with your company name, payment reference, and reason for the request. We will confirm whether work has begun and advise on eligibility. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, subject to the timelines of our payment processor or your bank. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting FYM first may result in suspension or termination of access to services. We work with payment processors to investigate disputes and may provide documentation showing work performed.
This policy operates alongside mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants additional rights—such as cooling-off periods or required refunds—FYM will honor those rights.
